The desire to reach out and serve the students by honest coaching for a reasonable fees lead to the formation of Brilliance Classes. The first classroom coaching took off in.With a small group of students in a tiny classroom at Thane. Mr. Harish Mishra took up the Academic Teaching Sector, Mr. Pradeep Mishra took charge of Administration & Marketing Part and Mr. Rakesh Mishra looked into the Finance & Planning Aspect. Slowly but surely the momentum grew. What began as a small venture started growing in size and directions. The services & facilities were improved. Dynamic Teachers & Staff were recruited. Interaction with Parents & Students on personal basis was enhanced. The number of students started increasing. The premises started spreading out. A System started unfolding. With growing confidence the Core Team involved more Entrepreneurs & Teachers in the venture and a strong Management Unit got evolved. New Centres were started. Introspection, Analysis, Incorporation, Planning, Implementation & Development became a routine part of everyday work. All these get reflected in the awesome Results of the Students which improved with every passing year.
