Experience
I have done my Graduation with Subjects Mathematics, Statistics and Economics and I had First Positon in the College and Second Position in the University. Thereafter, I did MBA with speciallization in Marketing from Institutue of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. After MBA, I worked with renowned companies and groups like Raymonds-JK Group, Titan-TATA Group, Ultra Tech Cement-Birla Group. In 1992, we started our own company with name "Cente for Right Direction (CRD)" and from 1992 onwards, we are involved in Exececutive Search Consultancy, Training, Coaching, Teaching etc. During my college time, I was teaching various academic subjects to a small group and friends. While working with the above companies, I was actively involved in training mostly related to Marketing, Management, Personality Development, Communication topics etc. I was going to school also to teach Mathematics. I am also Visiting Faculty and Panel Member of various Management Institutes. Involved in assessment of Project Reports, Thesis, Mock Sessions, Group Discussions, Interviews etc. in different Management Institutions. I am now contributing highly useful and professional services in the field of Recruitment, Training, Education, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Selling Skills, Human Resource (HR), Administration, Operations, Advertising & Promotion, Website Design & Development, Database Development Work etc. and provided services to more than 350 renowned organizations. I am highly enthusiastic professional (35 years+ of experience) with high degree of creativity, vision and understanding, a great motivator, computer savvy, constantly contributed in bringing success in many business organizations. I am also involved in Photo Restoration, Repair, Retouching and Manipulation and providing training on Photo Editing Softwares like Photoshop and Gimp. I can teach TALLY ERP 9 also in a class or to those people who are interested to learn as I have been working on TALLY ERP 9 on regular basis. I know Video Editing Software like Camtesia and can teach Video Editing also. I am also involved in Shares Trading and can explain Intraday Trading, Short Term Trading and Long Term Investment. I usually organize and conduct Training Programs and Workshop on topics like Selling Skills, Public Speaking, How to attend an interveiw etc.
Tutoring Approach
First I pay attention to the exact requirement of the student, then concentrate on his/her knowledge level, background, grasping power on the subject etc. Thereafter I start explaining the topics so that the student is able to understand. I keep asking questions after explaining the subject so that I can keep a track of his/her understanding on the subject. I create a very open and friendly environment so that the students are comfortable. I explain the subject with examples, visual aids etc. I am innovative and believe in different methods of teaching. I give assignments also to check the progress. My tone is soft but sometimes I have to act little differently so that the students are putting sincere efforts to learn the subject/topic. I believe in showing the results and work hard to transfer the knowledge to students. Student's Success is my Success.
